My complaint:

I have woke today with a transaction from my bank for £49.99 from shaw academy, I had cancelled my subscription and I have not took part in any courses at all, I have 3 young children at home and for this amount of money to have been taken from account has caused a lot of worry and concern as it’s left me with hardly anything in my bank for my children
