My complaint:

I have asked you to cancel the free trial as i could not afford the course, but instead of cancelling you charged me £50 3 weeks after my request. On two occasions i have asked you to cancel the free trial.

Suggested solution:

A full refund of £50 ASAP! And delete my account and all personal date!!
