My complaint:
I have received a charged from Shaw Academy covering September 2021. I did not ask for a refund and instead, asked them to cancel my subscription. Yet, I still got another charge on my credit card for Php 505 for October 2021.
When I sent them an email from the first instance, they have ed that they will cancel my subscription. Only to find out that they plan to, but the cancellation is scheduled for next year!
Suggested solution:
They should cancel my subscription, give me a refund, and remove my card details from their system.
