My complaint:

Money was taken from my account without my consent an amount of R399
I won a free 4week course from vodacom so I was contacted by someone from Shaw academy and I was told that indeed it is a free 4week course then I joined, if I knew that I had to pay I wouldn’t have joined because I am a student and only get an allowance from my parents, so now you took all my allowance for the month. I want my money back or else my parents will take this further and please remove my name from your academy I don’t want anything to do with shaw academy because you have no integrity.

Suggested solution:

By deleting the debit order that was done against my account and giving me my money back.
