My complaint:

Hi, yesterday I subscribed for a free trial in Shaw Academy, but later I decided to cancel my free trial. According to the free trial terms, I can cancel any time I want between 28 and I won’t be charged. I chose the option to cancel and I ed the cancellation, however, my status says Scheduled to cancel.

Later, I received an email of them asking me to reactivate my free trial, I ignored it but then I received a second email from them asking me the same.

Suggested solution:

I want Shaw Academy to cancel my free trial immediately because I don't want to be charged. I have seen many cases of fraud and I don't want to be affected in any way.
