My complaint:
I did a cancellation online 15th of November, before the free trial ended on the 21st of November, but I did not phone the number that came up after the cancellation(as I honestly don’t feel this should be my responsibility and for my cost either to phone them after going through the lengthy cancellation online), it was also a Sunday and did not fall in their office hours. Their system generated a reference number, that surely can be picked up again. Thus I did cancel way before the trial end date. I have debited the membership fee on the 23rd of November and got into contact with them immediately to sort this out.
Now they are refusing to refund me and saying I did not do the cancellation before the trial ended.
Suggested solution:
They must refund me my money.
