My complaint:
Shaw academy claimed that I selected on their site to buy some certificates that I never intended to buy and was very careful not to select buy now. They charged me 50 bucks and now they won’t issue a refund. They are offering me other certificatesextended membership but I don’t need them.
Suggested solution:
Refund my 49.99 for buying certificates that I never selected to buy.
