My complaint:
I’ve been charged with 30 euro on 26th of nov 2020 without my knowledge. and again today(27th of nov 2020) they’ve again charged 100 euro from my account without my knowledge. This is offense to take money without acknowledging me. I’ve all the proofs and the chat conversations with shaw academy that my account will not be charged until march.
Suggested solution:
I need all my money back.
