My complaint:

I signed up to florist my course after seeing 4 week free trial on Shaw Academy. The course content was really enjoyable and I whizzed through module one. I was a little disgruntled that I had to pay additional fees for course information and certificates etc but I completed the module without these within a week. I then had £49.99 taken from my account after a week for no reason. I was told it was because I requested an e-cert that hadn’t gone through. This was a lie. Someone rang me from Shaw Academy who I thought was ringing to discuss my complaint. I now see it was an appropriately timed sales call. I was
Offered a discounted 3 month subscription to complete my course and was assured I would get full access to all modules and learning materials if I could wait 48 hours for this to show. I was also charged another £49.95 even though I had told them I couldn’t afford the £49.99 I was wrongly charged in the first place. Sure enough after 48 hours I had not been given any access to the modules. It’s now been nearly 72 hours and they haven’t take. £100 of my money for NOTHING. I have emailed twice but don’t want to keep emailing as it changes your place in the queue.I have also tried to cancel my account and heard nothing.
