Shaw Academy complaint: Took money from my account after I had cancelled my subscription

My complaint:

I cancelled my subscription in April 2021. Then Nadine from Shaw academy called me in May to ask why I had cancelled and if she could help me for free to finish my training. I said I didnt want to as it wasnt working for me and I have little time. She insisted on giving me a free month anyway – which I havent used at all – and also said specifically that I would not be charged any money – it wsa a gift – and then suddenly on 21 June 2021 they took 299.94€ from my bank account. I have since asked to be refunded and Marcus V called me and offered me a life membership but not my money back. Normally there is a 14 day money back guarantee with these payments anyway so I have asked with in 14 days of the payment being taken out even if a new subscription had magically been taken out. Anyway now they have lost all details of my conversations…due to a technical error?? so I have had to copy and resend them my whole email conversation and have to start again. Im shocked that they think this is ok and certainly not a professional educator that I want to learn from if they cant even manage their clients correctly

Suggested solution:

I would like my money back in my bank account immediately and all my details deleted off their system so they cant take anything else from me and an apology of how they have handled this issue.
