My complaint:
Looks like I’m not the only one who got scammed. I signed up for Shaw Academy but the very same day, I realized it wasn’t a good fit and I went through the cancellation process. I thought I was squared away until I was charged a month later. Their cancellation process is shady. And now, they won’t give me my money back. Poor poor business practice, especially in the midst of a pandemic where people are financially struggling. Don’t fall for this!
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back.
