My complaint:

My daughter signed up for a 4 week free trial. She was told that the only reason she is giving her banking details was that they could check if she has ever done a free trial before. She spoke to Yahya Kippie. She never received her course materials as promised, she emailed and asked for it but no reply. She was also ignored flatly when she asked for assistance with cancelling her account, but as said above, she was told that the only reason they took her account number in the first place was to verify that she has not done a previous free trial. She NEVER agreed to a debit order. Now they are attempting to charge her for a premium account she never agreed to, and are trying to take the money from her account every day. She is paying bank charges every time this fails.

MY DAUGHTER only had in mind to know the TRIAL that SHAW ACADEMY offered her, she canceled in time before the end of the month, however, they deducted $ 1,018 mexp from her TC on March 17, 2021, and a few days later, on March 29, another $ 507 MEXP . Can someone tell me where to go to get that money back please?
