My complaint:
I signed up to a free subscription trial in JulyAugust 2020 and cancelled it after about 2 weeks. They tried to take money after the end of the months despite cancellation but it didn’t go through. I then emailed them and they ed my cancellation and told me they would stop trying to withdraw money.
Now in FEBRUARY 2O21, I received notifications that they withdrew money 3 times in the last 2 days, each of 24.99 each time. I called up my bank to block their transactions. I have also emailed them and not yet received a response. I find it disgusting that they take innocent peoples hard earned money like this.

I would like a response and a refund as soon as possible
