My complaint:
I accidentally clicked on a link on their website after signing up for a free trial. I was then a few days later charged with £50 for “course materials” which I found out were not free, and got charged for them by clicking on the link. I then could not access the materials and no were was it written that these materials would cost me money, it was taken out without my consent or knowledge.
Suggested solution:
Refund me my money.
