My complaint:
I registered for a free course ,the next day I was called in the morning by someone who claimed I had won a free subscription for a year because of covid congratulating me enthusiastically ,I had no clear understanding there were cost involved.and was manipulated into saying yes , they took 195,95 from my bank account
Suggested solution:
Refund the money I called them explained to them I really cannot afford that at this time ,and that it was an unacceptable.sales tactic ,I have worked in telesales and customer service for years and know it wasnt allowed , they have recorded the call presumably so they can determine it ,the complaints department claims they can't refund it , but it is fraud
