My complaint:

Couple of days ago I realised that Shaw academy had charged me 25£ last month and another payment was pending this month. So, I went through the site and I saw that my membership was cancelled last June as I was correctly rememberd. I reached out and they said that my membership was cancelled after the renewal date, but that can’t be, because I only did the 4-week trial and I cancelled it before the renewal date. They said that the waived off my current payment and they re-activated my membership with reduced cost. All this without even asking me if I want to and they ended up charging me the last payment.

Suggested solution:

I want my subscription cancelled with no re-activations again and i want my 50£ back.
