My complaint:
Hi, I’ve seen a transaction of $39.99 for a Module Toolkit on Dec 20, 2020 which am not aware of and this transaction was some how authorized by PayPal and i don’t understand companies like PayPal authorizing these kind of transactions without users consent. I’ve raised many complaints through their support channel available in their website and they haven’t heard me or ever responded back to me. This is going no where.
Suggested solution:
I once again request Shaw Academy to refund the money which was taken back from my account.
