My complaint:
I cancelled my membership. Yet they still thought it ok to take £49.99 from my bank account. Shaw academy are a scam company that charges you for services they have not provided. And if this complaints service was any good I wouldn’t be writing this now
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back and have Shaw academy closed
