My complaint:
Hi there, I took out a free trial for a Psychology course but cancelled shortly after, after starting a new job. Despite making it clear that I wanted to cancel over the phone and in an email reply, they still took £49.99 from my account and will not refund me, despite calls every day to them.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money please and delete my bank details and contact details for good.
