My complaint:
They called me in March and told me about their courses and asked me if i am interested and i said yes but I don’t want it now i will start my membership whenever i want and he said ok no worries. But 5 mins after the call they deducted $173.00 AU from my account. I emailed the guy i spoke to over the phone but no response and now after 3 months they deducted the same amount again with any consent this morning.
Suggested solution:
I need my refund for both memberships.
