My complaint:
On 22nd June 2021 i was called by someone claim from Shaw Academy and saying i could download something for free and bla bla bla.. obviously i couldnt understand his accent as im an asian speak in other language.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money. They shouldnt charge someone without their consent at all
