My complaint:
The company has been holding up to my money amount SGD 246.60 for more than 1 month. I have yet to receive it till now and they did not respond to my email. Please help.
Suggested solution:
Process the refund ASAP! I have provided my bank details eventhough they should already know because they charged it to the same bank account.
