My complaint:
Supported a young person to access a free four week course through Shaw Academy, he started and after day one his login wasn’t accessible, subsequently the sum of £99.98 was taken from Mum’s account. The young person struggles with his Mental Health and Shaw Academy was advised by Mum via email not to contact him. Shaw Academy continued to call the young person.
I have raised six ticket numbers and all the correspondence this involves and asked for Shaw Academy’s complaints procedures on 4 occasions. We have received an offer of £49.99.
Suggested solution:
We would like a full refund of the £99.98 taken from Mum's account for a free four week course.
