My complaint:
I was unemployed but I signed up to Shaw Accadamy for the four weeks hoping to get a job in the interim. I finally got a job. I got my first job and suddenly money left my account for these guys even though I had cancelled the course. I realised Shaw Accadamy are not being honest and thus I do not want to continue studies of any kind with an agency that does not keep its word.
Suggested solution:
Shaw Accadamy need to cease withdrawing money from my account. Also they should refund my money
