My complaint:
Good day Makama Michael Ngoasheng here , i completed my diploma in graphic designer with shaw academy 20200705 till today i never recieve my qualification, when i inquire about my qualification always is a new person or get email from automated response or tell me to download my qualification from what they emailed me , i did etra two courses namely cook and bake of which i only completed 1 module , 3 left to complete my diploma but there are no more modules available and im busy with pjotography on leftwith 4 lessons to complete my diploma . May you please help me to get what is due to me because i paid everything in full .
