My complaint:
I signed up for the free trial.Afterwards I received messages and emails to get my course material.All the links took me to a page where it showed module1-R499.99 of which no where when you click on it you have to should you enter or misunderstood the terms and condition.Vy clicking get your course material it immediately purchased of which I think its robbery.There is no security feature to avoid this and by subscribing for a free trial why is there no ation from Shaw academy to check why would the student purchase a toolkit.I never activated the toolkit as I was to shocked and scared to proceed.
Suggested solution:
To please refund my money as no where on any of the links you suppose to click on it gives you your free material.The attached is proof
