My complaint:
I had registered on shaw academy for free trial but after registration this academy charged £49.99 from account. After knowing this that amount has deducted from my account i cancelled membarship at the very same time. Because first i wanted to know, how the course actually is? that’s why i had registered on it. How is it free trial if you are a chargeging.
After this incident happened, I have read many reviews about this academy and found that this is really not trustworthy.
When i was registering, the system asked for email, i was trying to register my existing email id but the system was not accepting it, it was asking in its own format, something example@email.com so i filled my email id in this format but now this id also not working and im unable to open it.
I want refund as soon as possible.
