My complaint:
I have emails ing my cancelling of any association or program with Shaw academy. I received ation of cancellation. I was then charged another 70.00$ yesterday, months after cancelling. I called and they refused to do a refund. I am still not sure I will not be charged again although i was assured my visa information has been removed. In doing further research, I learned that the BBB has received hundreds of similar complaints.
Suggested solution:
A full refund is the only resolution to this issue and I demand a full refund. I will consider a class action lawsuit if my request is not honored and I will follow up with an online campaign to let Facebook, youtube, Instagram, Twitter and any other media outlet followers know that this is a shady company.
