My complaint:
I tried to cancel multiple times, emailed them with no help at all and when I finally got through I canceled just in time! Two weeks later I get a surprise charge in my credit card! They say they can’t give refunds. I don’t want their service so why would I want to keep my account. I asked them to REMOVE my credit card information and I get a response saying I have to … WHAT?! no I just told you to remove it. You do not need a ation!
Suggested solution:
Give me a refund ASAP.
