My complaint:
I signed up for a free trial membership Jan 2521. I hit on a text link they sent me to see what it was and it automatically charged me $49.99US for course materials I did not order!!!! I just created the account and I was already charged! I only found out about the charge when I received a ation purchase email. I cancelled same day and now they won’t issue me a refund. I’m not a student or anything. They offered courses for what I paid. Not interested.
Suggested solution:
Give me my $49.99 US back
