My complaint:

Shaw academy are frauds I signed up to a FREE trial I then decided I didn’t like it and wanted to cancel I couldn’t cancel as there was a lot of obstacles to cross to actually cancel your account!
Anyway they first took £15.00 out of my account AFTER I had paused the membership so they shouldn’t of taken anything out when my account was paused according to their website. I then contacted them about this issue and they refused to refund the £15 because of some stupid excuse so I requested them to cancel the account which they did and they sent me the ation that they had cancelled my account AND deleted all my details. But that very same day another £17.50 had been taken out of my account I was furious! I contacted shaw academy again they told me I was lying and they had no record of this transaction on their side so I sent over TWO screenshots of my bank statements which clearly state shaw academy had taken the money out of my account! They then told me it couldn’t be refunded because they had deleted all my details strange isn’t it how they managed to take money out of my bank account AFTER they had ed they had deleted my details but couldn’t refund it??? I then offered to give them my details so they can refund the money and they refused this. So I’m down £32.50??? And they won’t refund it!

Well there is only 1 way I want £32.50 refunded into my bank account. And because they took it out of my account and left me with nothing I had no electricity that night so they should compensate for that too!
