Shaw Academy complaint: Cannot cancel shaw academy subscription and they charged me even though I tried to contact the number they put on the site.

My complaint:

I cannot cancel my shaw academy subscription when I tried cancelling it before the 1 month trial. They charged me after the free trial. I tried contacting the number on the site but it’s always busy.

Suggested solution:

I want them to delete my account on their database. I don't care if they'll refund me or not.
