My complaint:
Hard to cancel online. They want me to call them to “better understand why im cancelling”. Im cancelling coz your services and programs arent good. Kept on charging me after trying to cancel.
Suggested solution:
Cancel my account, plain and simple. And refund me for the charges made on my account
