My complaint:
I was signed up by a representative from Shaw Academy for a Free 1 month trial on 6th May 2021. I cancelled it on 19th May 2021.
Shaw Academy charged my Charged Credit Card Without Authorisation for the annual fee and are not refunding it back.
As there is no way to call them, I have sent complaints by email to their support address and it is still not resolved.
Suggested solution:
Refund the amount charged to Credit Card without Authorisation immediately
