My complaint:
I signed on for a free trial course and got debit immediately. I contacted the agent that signed me on who promised refund in 48 hrs. This never came but and after 1 months of several follow up they said the only option is to remove my payment details from their platform.
This is totally a scam.
Suggested solution:
They should refund my money since I didn’t even use the trial course .
