My complaint:

I signed up for the 28-days free trial, it was only a week since I signed up that customer service called me to find out if I was interested in the courses and if I intended to continue them. I answered yes. He never talks about price and subscription extension. Then when I went to look in my bank account it had $ 279 taken by the company. I went to the school app and they stretched out my subscribe for 12 months, all without me getting an email or me clicking somewhere. I sent an email explaining the situation and wanted a refund for it. An agent then contacted me to tell me that he was sorry but they were not making a refund because they can’t refund something that I purchased, but the problem is I didn’t purchase anything.

Suggested solution:

I should have a refund because I didn't click something to buy
