My complaint:

I signed up for a 30 day FREE Trial. When I went to access my class, I was required to click a button to access my course materials and another button to access my class. Each time I clicked a mandatory button, I was charged. First $69.99 then $39.99, for a total of $109.98. I immediately cancelled my FREE Trial and requested a refund. I never accessed a class or any class materials. I sent numerous emails to the ‘support’ and ‘contact’ emails and called the phone number – which is a phony number, no one answers and it hangs up on you every time. Finally I got an email saying someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. Meanwhile I continued to be flooded with emails offering me a second chance, asking how I was enjoying my classes, even sending me a report card! Finally, after 2 weeks, I got a call from someone named Britto who told me they would remove my financial information but my ‘purchases’ were non-refundable. I reported the charges as fraudulent to my bank.

It is some consolation that I'm not the only one experiencing this complaint because it will help my bank cancel these charges and get my money back. I hope we all get our money back and put this disreputable company OUT OF BUSINESS!!
