My complaint:
I bought Lenovo yoga 7 laptop today
The seller to me that it comes with pen and it was not true
I was comparing between 2 Lenovo laptops the one I already bought and another and he told us that the only difference between the two laptops that one is core 7 and the other one is core 5
he didn’t mention the huge difference that the storage is only 265 ssd which means that I need to add internal hard for more storage
The conclusion is
1- I am very disappointed
2- I need to buy Lenovo pen which costs 73 usd
3- I need to add new hard disk ( internal) almost 1000 egp
Suggested solution:
They said sorry
Make disconnect 600 egp
Trying to figure out that the whole situation is misunderstanding from both sides
