My complaint:

Hi,
I have paid in advance for a Ipad 8th generation, 126gb at your store in burjuman center on Thursday evening. I was told the device will be available today in the store. When I went to collect I am told there is no stock available and the store manager is giving all kind of excuses. My sons school is beginning tomorrow and he will not be admitted to school without a device. The customer service is extremely bad and the retail inventory control management is at its worse I have ever seen. I don’t need a refund, I NEED THE DEVICE IMMEDIATELY.

Please look in to this issue since my son will loose school days

Suggested solution:

I need the device for which I have paid the store in advance. Non delivery or trying to convince the customer to accept another device instead is not acceptable.
