My complaint:

Dear Sir,
I have purchased an Lg OLED 55 inch TV from Sharaf Dg, Ibn Battuta Mall Jebel Ali, Dubai show room on 3 June 2023. The invoice no S110107290523027. The remote control of the TV was working since after the installation. I found the channel changing function of the TV is not working since last one month. This is restricting me to view only one channel. I took this remote to the Sharaf DG Ibn Battuta Mall show room. The customer care person told me that the remote is not guaranteed and you can take to Jumbo Electronic, Emirates mall where the LG technician is available can reprogram with the facilities available in that show room. However I requested the the customer care person to try with LG technician on duty in the Sharaf DG show room. He took me to the LG technician and he was serving with other customer. I waited for 45 minutes to get the LG man free. He just checked and told me that to go to Jumbo show room where you can get it repaired immediately.
I came back and took the remote to Jumbo Electronic, Emirates mall to see the LG service Man. It happened on 3/10/2023. The Jumbo sales man at LG counter told me that there no such LG technician available there. He advised me to visit LG service Centre somewhere in Jebel Ali during office hours.
I am a senior Citizen and is difficult for me to move between pillar to post to get the the remote repaired though it should have been covered under warrantee. I was not knowing that the remote is not covered under warrantee, if I would have known this fact, I would have never purchased the TV from Sharaf DG. The Jumbo sales man told me that the Sharaf DG customer care man should have get the repaired/ replaced the device as they do with their costumer.
I am a regular Sharaf DG customer since last 20 years and I had no bad past experience with Sharaf DG after sales services. I expect to fix my problem at the earliest or else I will be forced to approach to the UAE consumer protection consul to redress my problem.
