My complaint:

i ordered online two apple 14 pro on 17-10-22 and waiting for them two days they did not deliver and i canceled the ordered on 19-10-22 and request for refund on which they were agree because they devices was with them.
since 19 October i am trying to get my amount 9221AED but no response they never reply on email, i tried to reach them over phone but excuses are we working on it i am calling them every day but in vain.
they using my money 9221AED and don’t want me return thus there is no way we complaint against even customer care don’t allow me to talk with their supervisor i am disappointed with the first last experience with SaharfDG
i am sending you this email with hope of assistance you may help please to get my money back and i will make sure never ever again me my family or any friend circle will go and shop from sharafDG.

Suggested solution:

Simply return my money back please i need it badly.
