My complaint:
Hi Team,
I have ordered a iPhone from Sharaf DG sales agent in India who ed 10 days replacement policy as well. They delivered me usedUnsealed iPhone and when i complaint about it initially they accepted there mistake and promised to deliver me replacement. After 3 weeks they told me replacement is not possible they can cancel the order. After waiting for another 4 weeks they ed that they cannot replacerefund the amount. Please look into the issue. Attaching the payment receipt as proof.
