Sharaf DG complaint: Delay in delivery

My complaint:

I ordered one product from Sharaf DG through online. Still the item not deliver. I full amount 13 Dirhams as advance. The delivery period is showing 2 weeks, now already 2 weeks conpleted and the item still not deliver yet. And there is no updation from their side. Total more than 3 times I request them for a call back but no response. I mailed to them no replay. Yesterday again I raised a Request for call back And today told me The order will delay and he don’t now when they ready for deliver and still the is not shipped. And one more he told if you can’t wait you can cancel your order. And another guy told me they will deliver today between 10am to 6 pm. They don’t have any idea about their work and service. I’m totally disappointed and hate it service and conference and at all.

Atleast please inform delay in deliver issues that’s a good manner. Before I contact with you. And for call centers please study how to manage a customer.
