My complaint:

I have been waiting 3 weeks for the repair and I seem to be getting mixed messages about the state of the repair. Contacted via email, WhatsApp, online chat and phone and no further forward with understanding the progress with the repair. Very frustrating!

Suggested solution:

Repair complete and explanation as to why it is taking so long to advise on progress and completion of repair. An apology is not going to cut it.
