My complaint:

Ordered 4x new laptops. 2 delivered were damaged and replace. 1 of those new replacements is also damaged. Still waiting for 2months to get replaced. Multiple escalations – no support. Sharaf have taken our money and not delivered what was paid for which is equivalent to theft.

Suggested solution:

Provide us what we paid for - a new laptop
