My complaint:
I made a purchase from Sharf dg on September 19. I paid Sharf dg processing fee of 777 aed for making installments of 24 months. Processing fee was deducted from my card. At statement which was processed on 10th of October i was charged full amount of purchase by bank. On contacting bank i was told my purchase was not processed for installments. After contacting Sharf dg 2,3 times on helpline there was no response. At last i converted purchase to installments through bank paying them extra charges. Now its almost 2.5 months still np response from Sharf dg. Please advise.
Suggested solution:
Return my processing fee. Although it was non refundable but why should i pay if purpose is not fulfilled
