My complaint:

Good Day,
I visited Sharaf DG Burjuman Mall on Oct 29 to get Iphone 14 Pro Max -Deep Purple.When i visited the showroom an African National, A lady attended me and informed me that there is only Iphone PRO available. For the PRO Max i have to book and wait. I agreed and she shown me the invoice and told me i got discount because i am a gold member and the phone will be delivered within 8-10 days. Then now it’s Two weeks two day and she called me and told me that I ordered Iphone PRO where she is telling me it’s a miscommunication where – I have told her two times clearly that i need PRO MAX not Pro. Because PRO was available in the store at the same time and i didn’t took it were i can buy it straight away. This kind of unprofessionalism from Sharaf DG staff cannot be tolerated and If I have to move legally against I will.I need to raise a complaint against this staff who did this irresponsible stuff and take action against her,. I will be raising another complaint against Sharaf DG for wasting my time as well. Kindly give me the solution as soon as possible. I will be visiting the showroom ( Burjuman Center ) tonight. I have reported the incident to customer on call as well. I am looking forward to hear from you soon.
