My complaint:

I have been having trouble with my son getting his text messages for over 2 mths, way before the new system came in place. I sent my son messages on 9-17-23 and he still has not received then. I have called tech and securus and they say it takes time. My sons cell mate gets messages every 2 orc3 days from day he sent them. Why is it that my son can’t get his???

Suggested solution:

Give me my stamps back and get the mess sent in a timely manner.
