Securus Technologies complaint: Customer service complaint, not posting money, hanging up calls, no manager call back

My complaint:

Money is not being posted , they made me wait 5 days from money gram, they kept hanging up the phone, yelling, floor walkers would not take my call( Jason) , managers would not return my call. I called over 30 times and no one assisted me, they kept laughing and closing my account down because I wanted to complain. I have all names of Every rep. I have money just sitting now and they will not post.

Suggested solution:

Post my money and have an actual manager call me
