My complaint:

Had direct billing with Securs. Each month received a bill between the amount from $8 10 $15. It varied each according to calls received. I This particular quarter ; June – August. I received the last bill of $13.91 due 8/22/23.
I pay every 1st or 2nd of the month due to fixed income. Here is my payments: 06$28: 07$28:
08$26.
Then Securus said I was $10 negative.
Received a call from my son and that was the bomber: You have a negative account of f$10 .
Provide your credit card information. This cal is .06 a minute plus $3 and some few cents. I did.
Went into my bank account and securus had taken $5.28 and $22.73. That’s when I decided to look at my account. Not only that but the accounts at securus are being switched over. Under my account; securus said that I had a $50 credit. Therefore, I assumed that my overpayment was $50. I called them twice and no one absolutely no could explain and was rude.
This is unfair and unjust business practice per Texas Attorney General Office.
Also, since securus is Nation wide, now this Federal Law regulations.concerns. Please forward me any Federal Regulatory Agency for bad business oractices.

Suggested solution:

Better customer service.
Give my money back.
If this was done me, how many more fell into this unfair practice.
They need an audit and closely regulated by government agencies.
